JOB TITLE: Cloud Solution Architect - Partner Practice Building & IP Development The Cloud Solution Architect - Partner Practice Building & IP Development joins the Customer Experience and Success organization to support customers through end-to-end solution journeys. This role focuses on multi-workload integration and architecture best practices to guide customers through solution envisioning, design, and deployment. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Success Programs Foundations team, specifically focusing on Unified Onboarding, Renewals, and Success Programs for Partners. Key responsibilities include developing intellectual property, delivery guides, and repeatable customer-facing services to scale delivery capabilities. Required skills include cloud and infrastructure technologies, service architecture, business process design, and cross-team orchestration. You must possess experience in technical projects, creating service diagrams, and navigating Microsoft ecosystem tools like Service Hub and Engage Center to drive unified delivery.

What you'll do

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Unified Onboarding, Renewals, and Success Programs for Partners.
Drive technical alignment across the service lifecycle to ensure solution designs meet business priorities.
Develop intellectual property, delivery guides, and repeatable customer-facing services to scale delivery capabilities.
Provide technical direction to TDMs and bridge communication between TDMs and Business Decision Makers.
Identify opportunities to drive customer success results and maximize value from Microsoft investments.
Create technical documentation including service diagrams, process flows, and Technical Requirements Documents.
Partner with Product Groups and CSAMs to ensure unified delivery and technical excellence.
Share expertise in relevant communities to connect gaps across business and technology areas.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
Experience in Service Architecture and Business Process Design.
Extensive experience within Microsoft support environments and understanding of end-to-end support delivery models.
Proven experience leading engagements involving Microsoft partners and their delivery models.
