Biz Apps Cloud Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and develop solution plans.
• Design technical solutions that align with business goals and architectural standards.
• Provide implementation advisory to help customers generate value from Power Platform investments.
• Identify and resolve technical or functional issues blocking project go-live or broad usage.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive customer success outcomes and business results.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer needs and Microsoft Business Applications value propositions.
• Provide feedback to product groups to enable continuous improvement of Microsoft technologies.
• Create and reuse intellectual property to accelerate customer transformation journeys.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
• Must be able to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check.
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
• Technical Certification(s) in Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google (preferred).
