Cloud Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance on cloud technologies including Python, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure services.
• Lead the migration of analytics, reporting, and data engineering workloads from legacy platforms to cloud environments.
• Act as a consultant for business teams regarding cloud architecture patterns, coding standards, and governance practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production issues involving data quality, pipeline failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage project intake requests and ensure marketing data products meet quality standards and SLA requirements.
• Develop and monitor controls for source code management, data validation, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve system integration issues impacting marketing and analytics workloads.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to improve platform reliability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of experience in application development.
• Experience supporting cloud migration and analytics modernization programs (preferred).
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and CI/CD frameworks (preferred).
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, marketing workflows, and banking data domains (preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting data pipelines, production issues, and platform support incidents (preferred).
• Experience with GitHub, GitLab, DevOps, and source code management practices (preferred).
• Understanding of Marketing Data Platforms, campaign execution processes, customer analytics, and enterprise data governance (preferred).
