Cloud Customer Success Manager

What you'll do

• Guide customers through the transition from on-premises environments to secure cloud platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from onboarding through renewal and advocacy.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolutions using case management processes.
• Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and business process priorities.
• Refine product backlogs and plan deliverables using Agile Framework Methodologies and tools.
• Develop system specifications and functional technical documentation for new solutions and integrations.
• Execute analyst tasks based on specific customer use cases, dependencies, and priorities.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies concepts, best practices, and client solutions.
• Experience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools, such as Atlassian Suite products.
• Experience serving as a primary contact for customers, managing their journey from onboarding through renewal and advocacy.
• Experience with case management such as managing customer escalations and coordinating cross-functional resolutions.
• Experience with facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
