JOB TITLE: Cloud Architect The Cloud Architect joins the Global Cloud Platforms team to lead the design and evolution of cloud architecture capabilities for digital platforms and products. Core competencies include Java, Kotlin, Object-Oriented Programming, Agile Methodology, and infrastructure-as-code security controls.

What you'll do

Define and maintain cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable solution patterns.
Establish integration and interoperability standards across multi-cloud environments and business-critical applications.
Lead architecture design for cloud solutions to ensure scalability, resilience, and security.
Embed cloud-native architectures including microservices, containers, and API-first designs into products.
Guide the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures.
Ensure cloud architecture supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI workloads.
Advance Zero Trust principles, platform security controls, and secure software supply chain practices.
Participate in architecture governance forums to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Master’s degree (preferred).
8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, solution design, or enterprise technology roles.
Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong expertise in cloud architecture principles including scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization.
Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures at enterprise scale (SAP Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks, cloud security posture management (CSPM), and infrastructure-as-code security controls.
Experience enabling application modernization using cloud-native technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
