What you'll do

  • Develop solutions to enable AI- and cloud-driven transformations for existing and new customers within the region.
  • Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities using AI-enhanced methodologies and market intelligence tools.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle by orchestrating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless handoffs between internal departments.
  • Analyze customer data regarding propensity, renewal, and consumption to refine and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to align AI transformation visions with business priorities.
  • Conduct whitespace analysis to identify market gaps and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Coach team members on pipeline hygiene and usage tracking to ensure accurate forecasting and customer value realization.
  • Integrate security principles into all customer interactions to maintain trust and compliance standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field and 6+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field and 8+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field and 12+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, including banking regulations, compliance requirements, and digital transformation priorities.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and outcomes for financial services customers.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements and driving consensus among business and technology decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, including C-suite and line-of-business leaders.
  • Strategic partnership mindset with experience co-selling alongside Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
