Cloud & AI Platform Customer Success Leader- CTJ- Top Secret leads the US Federal Customer Success Unit for Cloud and AI Platforms. What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree and 12+ years of experience in technology leadership or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience.
Must have at least 8 years of engineering and/or technology experience.
Must have at least 5 years of people management experience.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal government customer requirements.
Master's degree with 14+ years or Bachelor's degree with 16+ years of experience in technology leadership (preferred).
7+ years of people management experience (preferred).
Experience in professional services, customer success, sales, project management, and federal cloud positioning (preferred).
