What you'll do

Lead the management, troubleshooting, and support of complex clinical applications.
Design, develop, and implement system enhancements and new software features.
Oversee operational workflow validation, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
Lead software upgrades by creating and validating detailed test plans and reporting results.
Develop and implement strategies to manage change impacts and user resistance.
Conduct advanced training sessions and develop end-user documentation for complex solutions.
Perform periodic rounding to identify clinician issues and develop resolution plans.
Manage database conversions and perform in-depth system analysis to ensure data accuracy.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Master’s in nursing (preferred).
Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in clinical operations, Hospital IT, or a healthcare vendor.
Experience participating as a team lead on at least one module or system implementation, preferably Epic.
Nursing Licensure or other professional licensures.
Epic Certification in at least one core clinical application.
Vendor or consulting experience (preferred).
Proficiency in metrics/outcomes development, including baseline capture and monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management and control.
Experience with major systems development and implementation.
