What you'll do

  • Embed with senior stakeholders in Payments and Banking to identify high-leverage opportunities for GenAI.
  • Translate domain context into precise technical requirements and reusable components for scalable adoption.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy production AI solutions using internal tooling that meet firm standards.
  • Own end-to-end design, architecture, and development of AI use cases from prototype through production.
  • Partner with Technology and CDAO teams to deliver and scale AI solutions in line with resilience and risk standards.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive background in Payments and Banking domains, including treasury services and M&A advisory
  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • Hands-on experience writing production Python code in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrable experience designing and deploying LLM-based applications with prompt engineering and RAG
  • Familiarity with modern GenAI stack including LLM APIs, vector stores, embeddings, and tool calling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior management and technical teams
