Business Enablement Vice President

What you'll do

• Identify high-leverage GenAI opportunities by embedding directly with senior stakeholders in Payments and Banking.
• Translate complex banking domain context into precise technical requirements and reusable components for scale.
• Design, prototype, and ship production AI solutions using internal tools while meeting firm risk standards.
• Own the end-to-end architecture and development of use cases including data retrieval, prompting, and orchestration.
• Write production-grade Python code to build and deploy LLM-based applications and agentic frameworks.
• Develop and contribute to the CIB AI playbook and libraries of reusable components like prompt libraries.
• Partner with technology and data science teams to design, deliver, and scale technical solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to scope, build, and ship technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience writing and shipping production Python code in an enterprise environment.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-based applications including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with the modern GenAI stack, including LLM APIs, vector stores, embeddings, and tool/function calling.
• Knowledge of Financial Services with specific experience in Payments or Banking workflows.
• Experience in domains such as capital markets origination, M&A advisory, treasury services, or payments operations.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with senior management, business users, and engineering counterparts.
