The Client Experience - Officer joins the Emerging Technology and Transformation team to lead AI pilot programs and scale high-value opportunities. What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and technology delivery.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python for developing enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services, or equivalent platforms.
Experience developing applications using Generative AI technologies and integrating with large language models.
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience with cloud services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, IAM, Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud technologies.
Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments (preferred); experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot (preferred).
