What you'll do

Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.
Manage Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and on-premises deployments including Workspace, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers.
Configure and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler Gateway) to provide secure remote access.
Perform capacity planning, scalability assessments, and environment optimizations for the Citrix platform.
Lead Citrix platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives across hybrid environments.
Manage cloud workloads on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms using Cloud Connectors.
Drive the migration of legacy on-premises Citrix infrastructures to Citrix Cloud/DaaS.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years experience designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix environments across On-Premises and Cloud platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years work experience.
Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Workspace, image management, performance optimization, and end-user computing services (preferred).
Ability to manage Citrix components including StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and Director.
Proficiency in configuring and supporting Citrix ADC (NetScaler Gateway) for secure remote access.
Experience managing workloads on Microsoft Azure and AWS hybrid cloud environments.
Ability to perform capacity planning, scalability assessments, and lead platform upgrades or migrations.
