What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, microservices architecture, and API design principles.
  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and mentoring engineering teams and setting development standards.
  • Experience with diverse data storage solutions (NoSQL, SQL, data lakes) and pipeline orchestration.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices, Agile methodologies, and payments industry processes (preferred).
