What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and delivery of chip technologies and mobile payment systems.
  • Define technical product specifications focusing on functional requirements and security features for cards and wallets.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure product certification and compliance.
  • Execute D-PAS card personalization and Mobile D-PAS Wallet validations using specialized L2 tools.
  • Manage strategic relationships with external vendors, including chip manufacturers, labs, and mobile developers.
  • Represent the company in global standardization organizations to develop and align payment specifications.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate technical risks or customer-impacting issues to senior management.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 5 years of payment technology research and development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal or external business clients.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology preferred.
  • Experience with EMV payments systems, mobile payment technologies, cloud-based payments, and secure elements.
  • Deep understanding of EMV Functional requirements and EMV Security requirements.
