What you'll do

  • Define PPA targets for current and future tech nodes in circuit design.
  • Formulate design specifications for SRAM and custom circuits with the team.

  • Finalize lists of SRAMs and custom designs required for next SOCs/products.
  • Track development schedules, spec closures, PPA, and quality for SRAMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and provide solutions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in SoC design cycle.
  • Expertise in custom circuit and SRAM/Register File development for low power/high performance.
  • Proficient in custom circuit design methodology and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of cache design/architecture and memory hierarchy.
  • Deep understanding of nanometer device physics and leakage mechanisms.
  • Experience with industry-standard design tools and scripting languages.
