JOB TITLE: Circuits Implementation Engineer As a Circuits Implementation Engineer within the Digital Custom Group, you will join the Silicon Technologies group to support the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip products. You will perform design analysis to define PPA targets for future technology nodes and collaborate with the SRAM and custom circuit team to formulate design specifications. Your daily responsibilities include performing layouts and simulations to establish PPA trends, finalizing lists of custom designs for future products, and tracking development schedules for spec closure and quality. You will utilize custom circuit design methodology, industry-standard design tools, and scripting to solve complex hardware challenges. This role requires deep knowledge of nanometer device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions to optimize memory hierarchy and cache architecture for next-generation silicon.

What you'll do

Perform design analysis to define PPA targets for current and future technology nodes.

Define specifications and track dependencies with cross-functional design teams.

What we're looking for

BS in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience within a SoC design cycle developing custom circuits and SRAM/Register Files for low power, low voltage, and high performance (preferred).
Custom Circuit design methodology (preferred).
Leading or managing projects (preferred).
Knowledge of Cache design/architecture, memory hierarchy, and scripting (preferred).
Solid understanding of industry-standard design tools (preferred).
Deep understanding of nanometer device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions with device behavior (preferred).
