What you'll do

Develop and execute plans of record including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
Manage the execution of programs to ensure they remain on time, on budget, and within scope.
Track key program metrics and escalate issues with proposed corrective actions when deviations occur.
Identify program risks and maintain a risk tracker with corresponding mitigation plans.
Manage team workloads by establishing schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking member progress.
Communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities based on best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
PMP Certification is preferred.
7+ years of Program Management or related work experience is preferred.
3+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above) is preferred.
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred.
2+ years of experience with program management tools like dashboards and Gantt charts is preferred.
