What you'll do

  • Define and evolve the target architecture for Product, SaaS, and data domains.
  • Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for observability, reliability, and performance.
  • Own and operate the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and associated governance processes.
  • Enforce architecture compliance across the SDLC and maintain traceability of all design decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to new technologies, SaaS integrations, and third-party software.
  • Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation of patterns and guardrails.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing architecture community including domain and platform architects.
  • Represent the architecture vision to front office business leadership, clients, and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture leadership within financial services or SaaS platforms.
  • Deep expertise in cloud architecture (Azure preferred).
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems and data platforms.
  • Deep expertise in API-first and event-driven design.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and architecture governance models such as ARB and ATO.
  • Strong understanding of risk and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at executive and cross-functional levels.
