What you'll do

  • Serve as the technical authority for complex antenna and RF/Microwave development programs.
  • Lead the research, detailed design, and analysis for airborne, maritime, and ground systems.
  • Guide the execution of technical design review briefings and report on project risks.
  • Mentor junior engineers on antenna development to ensure designs meet customer requirements.
  • Lead business development activities including planning, customer visits, and technical demonstrations.
  • Generate accurate estimates for non-recurring engineering (NRE) and recurring costs.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers on technical and contractual matters.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with design and analysis of antenna performance, RF Link Budgets, S-parameters, and matching networks.
  • Experience with antenna design for VHF, UHF, and microwave applications in the L, S, C, X, Ku, Ka, and V bands.
  • Experience with antenna simulation tools including CST, HFSS, SystemVue, ADS, and MATLAB.
  • U.S. citizens.
