What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across assigned MSP partners.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement plans to drive effectiveness and growth.
  • Lead joint business planning with partners, setting clear revenue targets and success metrics.
  • Influence pipeline development and manage opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Drive adoption of Arctic Wolf’s solutions and new technologies across the partner ecosystem.
  • Onboard and develop new high-potential partners to expand market coverage.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of channel sales, partner management, or territory management in cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of MSP go-to-market models and partner ecosystems
  • Proven ability to develop and execute joint business and marketing plans with partners
  • Experience managing pipeline generation, forecasting, and closing partner-driven opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and navigating complex partner ecosystems
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
