  • Own customer engagement and commercial execution for dielectric deposition technologies.
  • Support new product selection by gathering data and addressing technical specifications.
  • Manage demand forecasts to ensure on-time delivery of assigned products.
  • Lead customer prioritization for development programs and ramp activities.
  • Drive technology transfer and planning in coordination with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred with additional relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of wafer fabrication equipment and technologies.
  • Strong data analysis, interpretation, and utilization skills for complex datasets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities at executive levels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stress situations effectively.
