What you'll do

  • Identify opportunities for improvement through a problem management approach.
  • Ensure successful installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk applications.
  • Deliver coaching sessions from customer success plans to enhance adoption rates.
  • Engage proactively with clients through regular support case reviews and assessments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Autodesk civil infrastructure design tools for large enterprises.
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting experience in enterprise environments.
  • Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange within Autodesk products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is beneficial.
  • Experience delivering presentations and technical information to diverse audiences.
