You will translate complex accounting principles into scalable technical designs to eliminate manual operational overhead. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion and experience with financial data modeling to solve complex problems within the core financial engine of the organization.

What you'll do

  • Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to automate testing and accelerate code generation.
  • Design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures for Oracle Fusion modules including FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
  • Build and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows and reduce manual operational overhead.
  • Translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into technical designs and comprehensive documentation.
  • Manage the architecture and scaling of the technology stack for Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and FP&A.

What we're looking for

  • Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
  • Proficiency in relational databases with advanced SQL/PL/SQL skills.
  • Experience with web services including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Demonstrated expertise in systems architecture, financial data modeling, and accounting process transformations.
  • Ability to utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot for automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with peripheral financial modules including Tax or FCCS is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms is preferred.
