Capacity Planner (L6), Studio Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Create long-range infrastructure capacity strategies to inform financial planning and network design.
• Translate demand signals into actionable short-term and long-term capacity forecasts for infrastructure investment.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize platform efficiency, spend, and architectural scalability.
• Perform what-if analyses and hypothesis testing to assess capacity impacts and trade-offs for specific products.
• Orchestrate the timely implementation and allocation of infrastructure augments with deployment and operational teams.
• Develop requirements for modeling and automation tools to enhance workflows and maximize impactful insights.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and utilization to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks or risks.
• Manage stakeholder priorities by evaluating trade-offs and providing objective recommendations for competing efforts.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure capacity planning for data centers or cloud platforms.
• 10+ years of hands-on data analysis and visualization expertise.
• Deep proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Python (preferred).
• Degree in Management Information Systems, Management Consulting, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in AI tools.
• Strong familiarity with or active curiosity about telecommunications, internet ecosystems, and studio infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
