What you'll do

Identify and implement methods to harden systems and reduce the attack surface of new technologies.
Lead the team through critical network design to balance security requirements with operational needs.
Manage Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages using eMASS or Xacta tools.
Review assessment reports to identify technical and non-technical security risks.
Develop effective mitigation strategies and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for information systems.
Design and implement network security measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authentication.
Create accreditation strategies for R&D, proof of concept, and prototype capabilities.
Integrate secure practices for the risk management of expeditionary C-UAS technologies.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity support.
5+ years of experience leading and implementing the Assessment and Authorization process under Risk Management Framework.
5+ years of experience reviewing assessment reports and developing mitigation strategies like Plan of Action and Milestones.
5+ years of experience managing ATO packages in eMASS or Xacta.
Experience with expeditionary C-UAS cybersecurity engineering.
Ability to design and implement network security measures for confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.
HS diploma or GED.
TS/SCI clearance.
