The Business Technology and Data Solutions Architect serves as a senior individual contributor acting as a strategic link between business stakeholders and technology solutions. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting integrated business solutions to improve process efficiency and data-driven decision-making across capital planning, facilities management, procurement, finance, and portfolio governance functions. The architect will build scalable applications, enterprise reporting environments, data integrations, and automated workflows. Key technical requirements include advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, specifically Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The position also requires experience integrating data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Dataverse, SharePoint, and various databases using SQL querying. Design and implement business systems for finance, procurement, facilities management, and portfolio management.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, data models, and reporting frameworks.
Architect and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Design and optimize integrations between SAP, Microsoft platforms, and other enterprise business systems.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications in Microsoft, SAP, Analytics, Power Platform, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines (preferred).
Eight or more years of experience partnering with business leaders and project teams to design and deliver business solutions.
Five or more years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business systems, analytics, reporting, automation, and data solutions.
Advanced expertise with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience integrating and managing data from enterprise systems including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Dataverse, SharePoint, and databases.
Proficiency in SQL querying, data analysis, troubleshooting, governance, and support of enterprise reporting and automation environments.
Experience supporting finance, capital planning, facilities management, procurement, portfolio management, budgeting, or forecasting functions.
