Business Analysis Manager

What you'll do

• Implement AI-enabled full-population monitoring to replace sampling-based reviews with automated controls testing.
• Design end-to-end continuous monitoring tests by defining business rules, thresholds, and automated reconciliation checks.
• Develop LLM workflows and prompt engineering to automate knowledge base curation and exception triage.
• Establish governance practices for LLM outputs, including versioning, performance testing, and change management in a regulated environment.
• Manage the enterprise knowledge base strategy, including taxonomy standards and content lifecycle management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into prioritized automation roadmap items.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting on test results, key metrics, and remediation plans for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Seasoned experience in data analytics and development focused on quality testing, controls testing, or continuous monitoring.
• Seasoned experience delivering automation at scale for test frameworks, exception management, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled delivery concepts including prompt engineering, workflow controls, and validation methods.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for complex analysis and executive communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
