Business Product Manager, Territory & Roster Management

What you'll do

• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Territory and Roster Management products.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and integration for territory alignment and roster management datasets.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting to support executive stakeholder decision-making.
• Lead business process design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new feature rollouts.
• Create change management and enablement strategies to maximize user adoption across the organization.
• Advocate for the product suite’s strategic value proposition to executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management expertise managing an analytical or digital product through its full lifecycle.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or highly regulated industries (preferred).
• Experience leading enterprise life sciences CRM platforms and Territory Design, such as Veeva Vault CRM or Salesforce (preferred).
• Experience developing and executing product enablement, training, communications, adoption, or organizational change programs.
• Experience defining or measuring KPIs for product adoption, user engagement, operational efficiency, and business value.
• Knowledge of application development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, process modeling, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
