As a Business Process & Systems - Systems Manager within the Global Workplace Solutions team, you will manage the systems team while overseeing the IWMS software Tririga and its integrations with other global platforms. You will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure system integrity and data quality. Your daily work involves managing project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, converting functional requirements into technical specifications, and providing actionable insights through reporting and analytics. To succeed, you must possess extensive knowledge of Tririga, advanced reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications like Excel. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and manage the implementation of new modules. This role solves complex problems regarding facility operations management, space planning, and business process optimization within a large-scale global infrastructure environment.
Manage the Business Process & Systems team and oversee daily operations.
Administer the IWMS software Tririga, including system configuration and customization.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows for operating the IWMS system.
Manage integration projects between Tririga and other global company platforms.
Provide data collection and analysis to deliver actionable insights for management decision-making.
Create and update advanced technical documentation and reporting for GWS visibility.
Conduct risk assessments and regular inspections to ensure system integrity and compliance.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for system improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience; Master's with 3+ years; or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of software administration experience specifically with IBM Tririga.
At least 7 years of experience in systems operations or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience with integration and interface between Tririga and other software applications.
At least 5 years of experience with solution implementations including requirements, configurations, testing, and post-implementation support.
At least 3 years of experience in project management or program management.
At least 3 years of experience as a leading participant in business process workshops and presenting solutions.
Extensive knowledge of Tririga, reporting and analytics tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
