Business Process Analyst Associate

What you'll do

• Document and create process maps, job aids, and work instructions for operational workflows.
• Identify business needs and gaps by conducting requirements gathering and defining project scopes.
• Link large datasets from multiple sources to provide comprehensive assessments for reporting and presentations.
• Manage data repositories and perform regular system updates on a daily or weekly basis.
• Calculate and evaluate business metrics to support financial forecasting and budget management.
• Monitor performance against baselines to ensure contractual costs and schedule objectives are met.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for onboarding and clearance packets.
• Provide executive summaries and analysis reports to management regarding project status.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must reside in Louisiana.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Technical training, certification, or a BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Excel and Pivot Tables.
• Analytical thinking and quantitative skills to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
