Business Planning and Intelligence Manager

What you'll do

• Lead business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for key strategic initiatives.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and self-service BI solutions using Power BI.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct trend analysis and root-cause diagnostics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Automate reporting processes through data integration and scalable analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in business planning, business intelligence, strategy, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in performance management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting, integrating, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and self-service business intelligence capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with Databricks, cloud analytics platforms, data warehouses, and enterprise data ecosystems.
