This role requires expertise in data-driven decision-making and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to executive stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategies to recover financial losses from small businesses.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for recovery programs.
  • Design mission-oriented credit programs tailored to the needs of vulnerable business customers.
  • Communicate recovery program benefits to senior leadership (VP+ Credit Officers).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of recovery initiatives to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in business recovery or similar financial distress management.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing mission-oriented strategies for small businesses.
  • Strong credit analytics skills to evaluate and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including presenting to senior leadership (VP+).
  • Experience collaborating across multiple job families and departments within an organization.
