Business Manager, CDX Product Strategy

What you'll do

• Partner with CDX leaders to solve complex strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Own end-to-end execution of major workstreams on priority initiatives like AI transformation.
• Provide analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives to the organization's intelligence unit.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation and partner with engineering to deliver prototypes.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training to enhance the CDX organization's strategic capabilities.
• Invent and spread AI solutions to improve work efficiency, quality, and team engagement.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree/MBA with a quantitative concentration.
• Exceptional strategy and strategic problem-solving skills to answer hard questions in ambiguous areas.
• Very strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis.
• Strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility with senior leaders and diverse disciplines.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred).
