The Senior Business Manager - AIML Product Strategy joins the Enterprise AI and Machine Learning team to shape the destination of AI platforms. This role involves working with strategists and senior leadership to identify key leverage points, define long-term strategy, and solve critical business problems. Key responsibilities include setting the destination vision for AI and ML platforms, identifying reusable capabilities and services based on internal partner needs, and building storylines to roll out the AIML strategy across the company. The successful candidate will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, and people management to support the continuous delivery of platform capabilities. This position addresses the technical challenge of building infrastructure and foundation models that enable cutting-edge AI use cases for business servicing, marketing, credit underwriting, and fraud detection.

What you'll do

Define the destination vision for the company's AI and ML platforms.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
At least 1 year of experience performing people management.
At least 1 year of experience performing project management.
Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (preferred).
5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis (preferred).
2+ years of experience in people management (preferred).
2+ years of experience in product development (preferred).
2+ years of experience in financial modeling (preferred).
2+ years of experience in economic forecasting (preferred).
2+ years of experience in project management (preferred).
