The Business Manager - AIML Product Strategy joins the Enterprise AI and Machine Learning team to shape the destination of AI platforms. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, high learning agility in the domain of AI, and world-class communication skills to influence senior leaders. The position focuses on the continuous delivery and improvement of infrastructure and foundation models that enable business servicing, marketing, credit underwriting, and fraud detection use cases.

What you'll do

Define the destination vision for the company's AI and ML platforms.
Identify desired outcomes and reusable capabilities by working backward from customer needs.
Create storylines and materials to roll out the AIML strategy across the organization.
Solve "on-the-ground" business problems in collaboration with stakeholders and AIML teams.
Shape the continuous delivery and improvement of AI platform capabilities.
Identify key leverage points to define the long-term strategy for the AI organization.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Exceptional strategic thinking and high learning agility in the domain of AI.
Ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred).
2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred).
1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred).
2+ years of experience in people management (preferred).
