What you'll do

Create business intelligence solutions and dashboards in Looker or Hex to provide actionable insights.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to investigate business questions and surface trends.
Develop self-service data tools and processes for stakeholders to monitor performance independently.
Collaborate with engineers to identify data sources and support the development of analytical data models.
Implement and maintain rigorous data quality checks to ensure the integrity of all datasets.
Partner with departments like Sales and Product to deliver tailored analyses for strategic planning.
Automate recurring analyses and reporting workflows using Python.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role in a professional setting.
2+ years of experience working directly with Sales, Operations, Product, or equivalent business teams.
Fluency in SQL to manipulate data and perform complex analyses including CTEs, window functions, and joins.
Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
Experience with generative AI and LLM-based tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Strong quantitative skills to translate data into business insights and communicate with stakeholders of varying technical fluency.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms, dbt, data pipeline orchestration tools, or fintech experience (preferred).
