Business Intelligence Analyst I

What you'll do

• Gather stakeholder requirements for equipment management applications to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify insights regarding customer usage and business needs.
• Develop, test, and deliver reports, dashboards, and related data services or products.
• Create technical documentation for senior analysts and technical teams to support project execution.
• Define technical specifications based on identified user and client requirements for reporting tools.
• Provide technical assistance and fulfill data requests to support senior analysts.
• Design and prototype dynamic visualizations for complex datasets using Tableau or Power BI.
• Manage data pipelines and execute SQL queries to ensure accurate production-deployed solutions.

What we're looking for

• Extensive knowledge of business data analysis to collect, identify, analyze, and interpret data using various techniques.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques for requirements analysis to define system functionality.
• Proven experience querying and analyzing large and complex data sets in Snowflake or similar tools (typically 2+ years).
• Experience with AI workflows including data pipeline engineering and prompt engineering.
• Proven experience designing and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI (typically 2+ years).
• Practical experience delivering production deployed solutions (typically 2+ years).
• Proficiency in data structures using SQL.
• Strong communication skills to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret information with technical teams.
