Business Architect & AI Evangelist

What you'll do

• Create and maintain architectural artifacts including business process models, capability maps, and value streams for the Employee Platform.
• Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for business transformation and optimization.
• Design enterprise-level technical solutions that align product capabilities with specific business needs.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions to improve AI tool literacy across internal teams.
• Develop and monitor metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of AI tools internally.
• Report progress on AI adoption and identify potential challenges to senior leadership.
• Partner with internal functions to identify workflow improvements and recommend intelligent systems to enhance productivity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business solution architecture, product management, and/or technical customer success.
• Strong understanding of architecture design principles, cloud native patterns, business process optimization, and AI development.
• Experience with AI integration patterns including RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic AI protocols.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Glean, Cursor, Replit, and the Adobe portfolio.
• Ability to develop architecture diagrams, capability modeling, and value stream mapping.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
