Senior Business Applications Analyst, Legal Operations

What you'll do

• Provide analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders regarding business and IT platform directions.
• Identify, research, and analyze technology solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Document business requirements for data systems and oversee the testing and implementation of new features.
• Propose and implement changes to business processes to improve alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and manage standards for system documentation and quality assurance methodologies.
• Identify, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with compliance policies.
• Provide work direction, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 6 years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application design, and IT documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle including testing execution.
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation for workflow, business requirements, and technical functionality of IT applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of risk and controls with experience identifying gaps and documenting controls.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL or another programming language.
• Experience in Liquid, NetDocs, Onit, Python, GraphQL, Reqex, or low-code platforms (preferred); US military experience (preferred).
