What you'll do

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for critical business applications.
Develop, test, and deploy application fixes and features using Java and Spring technologies.
Perform root-cause analysis on application, data, and integration issues to implement sustainable solutions.
Analyze SQL queries and database structures to diagnose data issues and improve system performance.
Partner with business users to gather requirements and provide ongoing systems guidance.
Participate in release validation, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
Monitor application health to proactively identify opportunities for improved reliability and stability.
Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience supporting and developing enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Strong SQL skills with experience troubleshooting and analyzing relational databases.
Experience debugging application issues across application, database, and integration layers.
Experience working in production support, application support, or DevOps-oriented environments.
Experience with Oracle databases (preferred).
Work Authorization.
