What you'll do

Develop workflows, forms, and fields using BMC Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.
Build RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations between Helix and external systems.
Gather requirements and create design documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
Develop Digital Workplace Service Offerings and manage data import files for Foundation and Transactional data.
Maintain system integrity through configuration control practices and change management processes.
Manage sprint loads, forecast work products, and provide product demonstrations of completed sprint items.
Identify gaps between out-of-the-box workflows and custom requirements to minimize system customization.
Resolve incidents and communicate with customers within defined service level agreements.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance.
Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE certification within 3 months of start date.
A BS degree is required, though additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have 5+ years of software development experience.
Must have BMC Accredited Administrator certification or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
Must have experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and Helix/Remedy application process flows.
Must have expert familiarity in one or more 23.x+ Helix applications such as Incident, Knowledge, or Change Management.
