What we're looking for

5+ years of software development experience.
Active Secret clearance preferred.
BMC Accredited Administrator or equivalent Remedy/Helix Developer Studio expertise.
Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and ITIL methodologies.
Expertise in one or more Helix applications including Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, etc.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile project methodology environment.
