As a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer on the NESD Helix engineering team, you will provide technical guidance on application and integration capabilities while managing mission-critical government projects. What you'll do

Develop workflows, forms, and fields using BMC Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.
Build RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations between Helix and external systems.
Gather requirements and create technical documentation including design guides and test scripts.
Manage the production environment by coordinating change requests and following configuration control practices.
Identify gaps between out-of-the-box features and custom requirements to minimize system customization.
Execute sprint tasks, manage technical debt, and provide product demonstrations of completed work.
Provide technical guidance on application capabilities and integration options for mission-critical projects.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must have 5+ years of software development experience.
Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE certification (may obtain within 3 months of start date).
Must have BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and Helix/Remedy application process flows is required.
Experience with SaaS solutions, AWS Cloud environments, and relational databases is required.
Active Secret clearance (preferred).
ITIL Foundation certification (plus).
