BMC Remedy Helix Developer

What you'll do

• Develop workflows, forms, and fields using BMC Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.
• Build RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations between Helix and external systems.
• Gather requirements and create technical documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
• Manage the production environment by following configuration control and change management processes.
• Identify gaps between out-of-the-box features and custom requirements to minimize system customization.
• Execute sprint tasks, manage technical debt, and provide product demonstrations of completed work.
• Provide technical guidance on application capabilities and integration options to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required (may obtain within 3 months of start date).
• A BS degree is required, though additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of software development experience are required.
• Must have BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
• Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and related application process flows is required.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, AWS Cloud environments, ITIL methodologies (ITIL Foundation preferred), and Agile project methodology is required.
