BMC Remedy/Helix Developer

What you'll do

• Develop workflows, forms, and fields using BMC Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.
• Build RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations between Helix and external systems.
• Gather requirements and create design documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
• Develop Digital Workplace Service Offerings and manage data import files for Foundation and Transactional data.
• Maintain system integrity through configuration control practices and change management processes.
• Manage sprint loads, forecast work products, and provide product demonstrations of completed sprint items.
• Identify gaps between out-of-the-box workflows and custom requirements to minimize system customization.
• Resolve incidents and communicate with customers within defined service level agreements.

What we're looking for

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance.
• Must obtain CompTIA Security+ CE certification within 3 months of start date.
• Must have a BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Must have 5+ years of software development experience.
• Must have BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
• Must have experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher and Helix/Remedy application process flows.
• Must have expert familiarity in one or more 23.x+ Helix applications including Incident, Knowledge, Change, Task, Release, or Service Level Management.
