AI Process Automation Analyst

What you'll do

• Identify automation opportunities through process walkthroughs and data analysis.
• Document current and future state workflows to define automation requirements.
• Build and test automations including workflows, bots, and AI extraction/classification tools.
• Create monitoring dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for all automated processes.
• Develop AI and GenAI solutions to improve global procurement activities like spend and risk management.
• Convert business priorities into a roadmap to standardize scalable automation across multiple sites.
• Establish reusable components such as templates, connectors, and logic modules for large integration projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or Business/Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in process mapping, requirements writing, and testing discipline.
• Experience with workflow automation tooling and basic AI & GenAI integration patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and API experience for software systems connectivity.
• Ability to travel up to 10% overnight within territory or locations.
• Experience leveraging GenAI technologies like Copilot, OpenAI, and prompt engineering (preferred).
• Experience integrating and optimizing enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred).
• Experience applying predictive analytics and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency (preferred).
