What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of an application family from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Define requirements for current and future products while leading ideation and technical development.
Establish a shared vision with business stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and execution.
Manage a portfolio of 3-5 projects annually, including stable mature applications.
Lead digital transformation, cloud modernization, and application rationalization efforts.
Define and track product KPIs, operational metrics, and business value realization.
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities and tools within products and business processes.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investment decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree and 7 years Information Technology experience or 11 years Information Technology experience.
3 years management experience.
Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, and measurable outcomes.
Experience in cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS), DevOps, and integration technologies like MuleSoft and APIs.
Experience in iterative, agile, or scrum development methodologies.
Experience in solution architecture and knowledge of product-specific application architecture.
Leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Experience with AI/Generative AI technologies and tools (preferred); experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets (preferred).
