Azure Solution Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Solution Engineers through consistent coaching and feedback.
• Coach engineers to lead technical discovery, architecture sessions, customized demonstrations, and hands-on-keyboard proofs of concept.
• Develop technical strategies with internal teams to grow pipeline and accelerate Azure Consumed Revenue.
• Foster a continuous-learning culture to maintain proficiency across Azure infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI.
• Drive disciplined sales execution by managing milestone engagements, forecast visibility, and CRM hygiene.
• Model the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve team productivity and customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leaders to remove barriers and ensure successful technical transitions.

What we're looking for

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Equivalent experience to the education and experience requirements.
• 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (preferred).
• 3+ years of people management experience, including leading virtual teams (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other public-cloud platforms, including infrastructure, data, and AI (preferred).
