What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience leading teams of technologists and coaching them to achieve strategic goals.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced knowledge of software applications and deep expertise in one or more technical disciplines like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Web Services, and building event-driven Microservices with Kafka streaming.
Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and AWS services in public cloud infrastructure.
Working proficiency in development toolsets including GIT/Bitbucket, JIRA, and Maven.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Finance domain experience with United States Banking & Payments industry (preferred).
Knowledge and working experience on Card Network Payment and Fraud (preferred).
Leading experience of Java Microservices applications on AWS/Public cloud platform (preferred).
Certifications in Java programming or related technologies like Oracle Certified Professional or Spring (preferred).
Certifications in AWS, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (preferred).
