AWS Agentic Delivery Lead

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for AWS AI and data engagements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the sales process by contributing to solution content and delivery approaches from initial opportunity to closure.
• Act as the face of delivery to customers by leading orals and supporting Statements of Work (SOW).
• Build and lead high-performing teams to ensure the successful execution of client programs.
• Oversee quality assurance for projects transitioning from sales to full-time delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation by maintaining deep knowledge of latest AI, data, and AWS technologies.
• Develop industry-specific expertise to deliver tailored solutions for financial services, life sciences, and media clients.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading AI and data solution delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical advisor or delivery lead with strong client-facing skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting sales processes, including solution design and proposal development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.
• Deep knowledge of AI and data technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding and experience working with AWS technologies including Data, AI, Infrastructure, integrations, and development.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred); certifications in relevant AWS technologies (preferred).
