What you'll do

Define and lead the Data and AI practice strategy, including portfolio development, investment priorities, and growth roadmaps.
Drive annual revenue growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying use cases, and converting assessments into production pipelines.
Act as a senior technical sponsor for high-priority deals by overseeing architecture, risk controls, and executive presentations.
Develop and package scalable Data and AI solutions to optimize AWS Marketplace presence and co-sell opportunities.
Build market demand through account-based campaigns, executive briefings, workshops, and industry-focused sales plays.
Establish thought leadership by publishing research on generative AI, data governance, and responsible AI economics.
Industrialize delivery by creating reusable patterns for RAG, agentic workflows, and MLOps lifecycle operations.
Manage talent development by building capability frameworks, certification paths, and mentoring programs for technical teams.

What we're looking for

Minimum 15 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, machine learning, cloud architecture, technology consulting, or transformation delivery.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data platform, analytics, ML, generative AI, or AWS architecture and delivery.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading and scaling a Data and AI practice or related large technical teams of 25–50 professionals.
Proven track record of accountability for $50M–$100M in annual Data and AI bookings and revenue.
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering at least 15 data, analytics, ML, or AI engagements, including 5 production AI or generative AI solutions.
Minimum 5 years of expertise in AWS Data and AI architecture, including SageMaker, Bedrock, RAG, and responsible AI.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex pursuits and executive workshops with C-suite leaders like CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) or Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
