What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals while fostering a high-performing team environment.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Manage project delivery including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget oversight.

  • Ensure compliance with technology governance standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory obligations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive technology experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership, management, or team-lead capacity.
  • Experience leading technology projects, teams, and software or infrastructure delivery initiatives.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and modern technology delivery practices.
  • Experience utilizing cloud technologies, enterprise applications, data platforms, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with programming languages, cloud platforms, data warehousing, or regulated industries (preferred).
