AVP-Member of Tech Staff (Agentic API) joins the Member of Technical Staff program to provide executive technical leadership for enterprise network software, OSS modernization, and AI-enabled systems. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred).
Master's degree in a related STEM field (desired).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership across telecom architecture, OSS/API modernization, and platform design.
Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-disciplinary technical organizations driving AI-enabled modernization and agentic workflows.
Deep expertise in network software domains including Mobility RAN, IP networks, optical networks, and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Strong programming and automation foundation in Python, Java, and infrastructure automation.
Demonstrated external technical credibility through patents, publications, conference speaking, or standards contributions.
Executive-level communication skills to influence strategy, align stakeholders, and manage workforce and investment strategies.
